Urban Progress sees an open and collaborative attitude as a key for success and is keen to work with partners, both in the US and in Europe. 

Both the Urban Progress companies work closely together. This allows the team to liaise across the Atlantic, in both directions. Urban Progress Design New York can tap into an extensive network of European partners, including prominent architectural firms, world-class engineering firms and high level institutions. Urban Progress expects to involve this network into US based projects, and thus contribute to the innovation of urban design approaches. Urban Progress expects to broaden its client base to include possible UN and World Bank assignments.

Urban Progress Studio Amsterdam has longstanding collaborations with some of the prominent thinkers and companies in urban design in the Netherlands and Europe. Most of the company's projects are co-productions; sometimes Urban Progress leads the projects as the principal consultant, but equally Urban Progress joins teams formed by other companies in a lead role.

Urban Progress Design New York is actively developing partnerships with partner offices in the Greater New York Area. The office is keen to offer its specialized services to ‘full service' planning and design offices and will collaborate with landscape architects and architecture firms.
